Strategic Property Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Property Assets Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial property portfolios, lease negotiations, renewals and new lease setups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage lease negotiations, renewals and new lease setups
  • Oversee maintenance, capital projects and contractor management
  • Conduct inspections, market rent reviews and outgoings reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance across service contracts and building requirements
  • Manage arrears, breach notices, bonds and bank guarantees
  • Deliver high-quality reporting to stakeholders
  • Train and mentor junior team members

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in commercial property management (retail, office or industrial) and a strong knowledge of leasing, arrears management and compliance. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to manage relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in commercial property management

Qualifications: Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
