Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Brisbane's CBD. As a key member of our real estate agency, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 180 residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a tidy portfolio of residential properties
  • Conduct entry and exit inspections
  • Use AILO property management software

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Property Management experience
  • Approachable, confident, and easy-going
  • Holds a valid Real Estate Certificate
  • Reliable vehicle and current driver's license
