Job Opportunity

A key role supporting senior leaders in Home Lending, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

As a state role, you will support lending leadership with people management processes, including recruitment, vehicle fleet management, lender onboarding, financial management, and ensuring the leadership team meets obligations in relation to risk and compliance.

You will assist in tasks that ensure the smooth running of the broader team, including compiling reports and insights on performance, managing our half-yearly reward processes, full-time employee management, diary management, and more.

This is a great opportunity for exposure to leadership and other national teams, with a range of practical skills required, including excellent organisational skills, ability to build strong relationships, and an understanding of people and bank processes.

The successful candidate will have a keen interest in learning about Lending and developing leadership skills, with a friendly and positive demeanor, eager to assist with diverse tasks, while also adept at supporting leadership and offering resourceful suggestions.
