Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Lending Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles within the financial industry, with a strong focus on lending.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through strong financial analysis and credit writing. They will work closely with Private Wealth Bankers and Relationship Directors to provide a high-quality home lending experience.

This role involves structuring detailed analysis of home lending requests, completing credit analysis, and interpreting financial statements to determine servicing capability. The successful candidate will also ensure clients are informed throughout the entire transactional experience.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a client-facing role within the private, business, or premium sector with a strong focus on lending
  • Strong knowledge of consumer and business lending credit policies and principles
  • Excellent client engagement, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Business financial analysis skills and experience in assessing complex income structures
  • A strong desire to grow your career and contribute to a collaborative environment
