We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Leader to join our team at Sheridan Hornsby Boutique.


This is a full-time 38 hour role, working across set days, Tuesday-Saturday.


About the Role

As a Retail Operations Leader, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets. You will drive a high-performing team committed to providing exceptional customer service.


The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team to achieve goals. They will maintain store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and rostering.


You will also analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic retail brand and contribute to its growth and success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets.
  • Drive a culture of excellence in customer service, product knowledge, and sales performance.
  • Maintain store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and rostering.
  • Analyse reports to inform commercial decisions and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Proven experience in retail operations, with a focus on leadership and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and rostering.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed commercial decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances.
