Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Property Manager to manage our portfolio of properties. As a key team member, you will be responsible for coordinating routine inspections, maintenance activities, and liaison with landlords and tenants.

The Role:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including conducting regular site visits, addressing maintenance issues, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and attend tribunal hearings as required, with comprehensive training provided.
  • Liaise with leasing agents, prepare thorough condition reports, and oversee arrears management.
Requirements:
  • A Class 2 Licence (Certificate IV) or completion of the corresponding course.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role, preferably as an Assistant/Junior Property Manager.
  • A stable employment history and excellent personal presentation.
  • A strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
