Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, property, finance, or economics.
  • 10-20+ years of experience in property, with a strong focus on commercial real estate.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, Excel skills, and data analysis.
  • Experience in valuation, investment analysis, presentation preparation, research, underwriting, and due diligence coordination.
