The Opportunity

This role sits within the Greater Sydney Investment and Portfolio team, responsible for developing the Greater Sydney planning and delivery pipeline through provision of an efficient and effective interface between asset strategy, planning, development and delivery functions.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of an effective and collaborative interface across asset strategy, planning, development, and delivery for the Sydney portfolio.
  • Lead the prioritisation process to develop Greater Sydney's investment pipeline. This process should be re-evaluated at frequent intervals to allow for newly identified priority projects and programs.
  • Oversee and report on Greater Sydney's portfolio performance to identify any systemic issues and to generate insights on trends, risks and opportunities common amongst projects, programs or delivery partners.
Key Challenges
  • Coordinating a large volume of portfolio data from a broad group of stakeholders and providing oversight on the quality and consistency of information.
  • Collating project and program data (general, financial, schedule and technical) across the entire asset portfolio to inform decision-making across both the division and Transport Cluster.
