Job Overview

The Property Manager role is pivotal in delivering asset management strategies, overseeing maintenance supervision and driving property acquisition and development forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive asset maintenance plan for each property
  • Oversee the procurement and/or development of new assets in line with agreed contractual arrangements
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
  • Establish a regular property inspection program on a three-yearly cycle and conduct inspections when required
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of work
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve strategic goals for the property portfolio
About the Position

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property or affordable housing management
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance planning, asset development, budgeting and delivery
  • At least 2 years in a management role undertaking staff supervision, budgeting, quality management systems and performance reporting
  • Strong team management experience and commitment to problem-solving approach
