About the Role

Bosch is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Customer Services Student to join our Mobility Aftermarket division on a Full-Time basis. As an integral part of our team, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge in customer service excellence, process improvement, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in driving customer service excellence through the implementation and refinement of regional standardized processes.
  • Support and drive continuous improvement through data analytics, monitoring of KPIs, and development of effective measures to improve customer service levels.
  • Build sufficient knowledge of customer service order to cash, supply chain, and procure to pay processes to provide operational support to the MA-AO team.
  • Provide support for the MA-AO team, resolving issues by closely working with central functions, management, and shared service colleagues.
  • Conduct value stream workshops with indirect areas to identify areas for improvement and document target processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in and completed units towards an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) with strong attention to detail.
  • Results-oriented approach and a drive to achieve outcomes.
  • Time management and experience working in a team environment highly desirable.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and articulate reasons for process improvement.
  • Familiarity with SAP (SD module), Power BI, or similar tools is desirable.
  • Previous experience in customer service or process improvement roles is beneficial.
