Digital Stack is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Helpdesk Support Assistant to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical customer service support, work closely with international teams, and collaborate with Brand Experience Managers to resolve product questions.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working alongside our Product Support Manager to deliver top-notch customer service
  • Supporting Brand Experience Managers with product inquiries
  • Undertaking testing and analysis work, sharing findings with management, and implementing improvements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with Jira and Jira Service Management
  • Current or previous experience working for a Software as a Service company in a helpdesk role
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and ability to handle challenging customer questions
  • Thorough knowledge of Social Media platforms and trends
  • Positive and open-minded personality
