Resort Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Resort Hospitality Manager to join our team.

As the leader of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the resort. This position interacts with guests, all resort departments, and the corporate office as necessary.

  1. Motivate and inspire the hospitality team
  2. Direct and promote a good working relationship between the various resort departments encouraging teamwork
  3. Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of all staff to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
  4. Assist the Resort Manager with the planning, implementing, and monitoring of policies and procedures

To succeed in this role, you must have proven management abilities and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). You should also be able to multitask and work productively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in motivating, inspiring, training, coaching, and disciplining employees. They should also have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence in everything they do.
