Centre Experience Executive Job Description

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Centre Experience Executive. This role involves working across various departments, including Marketing, Risk Management, Finance, Retailer Relations, Customer Experience & Facilities Management.

  • Developing a working knowledge of centre activation and vibrancy in the Brand Experience Team
  • Gaining insight into Scentre Groups retailer relations and management
  • Supporting Facilities Management with building and stakeholder management, WH&S, contractor inductions, and permits
  • Overseeing the Centre Management financial model and management for successful outcomes
  • Conducting centre walks with team members to view customer touchpoints and NPS performance
  • Contributing to customer and retailer-focused activities for everyday presentation and delivery
  • Dealing with centre incidents and emergencies according to company procedures

This is a permanent full-time position based at one or more Westfield living centres, with opportunities across ACT.
