Job Opportunity: Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive growth, enhance member experiences, and maintain high standards of quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily centre operations, including staff supervision and scheduling;
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase membership sales and retention;
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and conflict resolution;
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements;
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and goals;
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching/feedback to staff members;

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a centre management or leadership role within a similar industry;
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue growth;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Aptitude for analysing data and making informed decisions;
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices;
  • Experience working with HR systems and software;
  • Current first aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
