Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure centre compliance with learn-to-swim lessons and programmes
  • Manage staffing, safety, class occupancy, facility maintenance, customer service, sales, and community awareness strategies
  • Focus on staff and family welfare

Be flexible with attendance across all shifts, including weekends. Receive time in lieu for weekend work.
