Seeking an exceptional leader to manage our centre's daily operations, providing vision and direction for our team.
">Job DescriptionWe are a family-focused service in the heart of Belconnen, offering a state-of-the-art facility with a developed philosophy and unique approach to childcare. Our centre is rated 'Exceeding' the National Quality Standards, catering for 120 children per day. We are looking for someone remarkable, a person with experience and confidence in managing centre operations.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years experience as a Centre Director
- Bachelor or Diploma of Early Childhood Education
- Demonstrated experience leading large teams in high-quality early learning environments
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience maintaining compliance in relation to the National Quality Framework and National Law and regulations
