Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator with a passion for leading preschool programs? Bright Bees Early Learning Centre in Nicholls is seeking a Diploma-qualified Preschool Room Leader to join our supportive team.

What We're Looking For
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Preschool Room (leadership experience preferred)
  • Current Police Check and valid WWVP registration
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for early learning and genuine commitment to children's wellbeing
  • A positive, collaborative approach to working with families and colleagues
  • Motivation to mentor and inspire educators within your room
