Job Title: Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven leader to join our team in delivering high-quality learn-to-swim lessons to the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless delivery of programs, including staffing, safety, class occupancy, and facility maintenance.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program engagement and customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in aquatic education or a related field.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
