Business Growth Strategist

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key player in driving sales pipeline growth, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customized plans that drive smarter business growth.

  • Sourcing new sales prospects and securing appointments and product demonstrations
  • Contacting potential customers captured by the Marketing Team to secure appointments and product demonstrations
  • Effectively communicating the value of our products and services to prospective customers
  • Partnering with Enterprise, Core, and Strategic Accounts teams to create customized plans and drive urgency
  • Providing feedback to the Marketing Team on lead quality
  • Recruiting key customer and prospect executives to webinars and virtual events

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Business or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven experience in lead generation or business development
  • Strong strategic and tactical thinking
  • Excellent communication, time management, and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to negotiate, promote, and sell ideas persuasively
  • Knowledge of how to establish credibility with senior-level executives
  • Experience collaborating with and guiding cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Excel and Account-Based Marketing
