Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this position will be a team player with strong communication skills and experience in delivering exceptional experiences to children.

  • This includes creating and implementing enriching activities based on child preferences, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, interacting with parents and responding to their inquiries, and engaging with the school community through events and assemblies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engaging programs for primary school-aged children.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant environment at all times.
  • Foster effective communication with parents and colleagues.
  • Represent the Director of Service at school functions.
  • Contribute to building a positive and inclusive team culture.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Before and After School Care or education is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A commitment to teamwork and collaboration within a high-performing team.
  • Availability to work up to 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
