Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to lead our Before and After School Care programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of children and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

  • Assisting with creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
  • Supporting compliance with industry regulations
  • Interacting with parents and helping them with enquiries wherever possible
  • Engaging with the school community, attending events and assemblies when necessary
  • Co-managing or coordinating during the school holiday program

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is not essential - we can provide training. You should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be qualified or studying towards an ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria. Relevant fields include Education, Youth, Sports Science, Social Work, Health-related fields, and many more.

The successful candidate will also be able to commit to stable, permanent part-time hours of up to 25 per week and will be eager to grow and develop their career with us.
