Lead Team Member

We are a dynamic organisation, passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for kids.

As a Lead Team Member, you will support the Director of Service in executing our mission to provide engaging and fun activities for children in our care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to designing and implementing enriching experiences tailored to the preferences of the children in your program (programming).
  • E nsure your program adheres to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents, addressing their enquiries whenever possible.
  • Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies, etc when necessary.
  • Build meaningful connections with primary school aged children through play and fun activities.
  • Co-coordinate or manage the school holiday program alongside other team members.
Key Requirements:
  • You must be enthusiastic about working with kids and possess a high level of energy and creativity.
  • A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude is essential.
  • Prior experience in Before and After School Care or education is desirable but not mandatory – we can provide training.
  • You should have outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Our ideal candidate seeks stable, permanent part-time hours - up to 25 per week.
  • You are qualified or studying towards an ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria.
