Job Title: Deputy Director of Children's Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to assist the Director of Service in delivering exceptional experiences for children in our care.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in their program.
  • They will also support ensuring their program is compliant with industry regulations.
  • Ongoing interaction with parents and supporting them with enquiries wherever possible.
  • Engaging with the school community, attending events and assemblies when the Director is unavailable.
  • Playing and having fun with primary school-aged children.
  • Co-managing or coordinating during the school holiday program.

This role requires someone passionate about kids, with loads of energy and a love of fun. As a strong team player, they will possess excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is not essential - we can train them.

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. They will be looking for stable, permanent part-time hours - up to 25 per week.
