Key Role Summary

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to assist the Director of Service in delivering a high-quality experience for children.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the Director of Service to design and implement enriching experiences tailored to the needs and preferences of children.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards through effective program management.
  • Building strong relationships with the school community, including parents and stakeholders.

During School Holiday periods, the Coordinator will have the opportunity to develop their skills and take ownership of key projects.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about working with children, has a positive attitude, and enjoys learning and development. Key attributes include:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to WOW customers.
  • A team player with leadership potential and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.

While a recognized qualification in childcare is preferred, we also offer a traineeship option for candidates without ACECQA certification.
