Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic leader to join our program at TeamKids. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Director of Service to deliver exceptional experiences for children in our care.

The Role:

  • Assist the Director of Service in delivering enriching experiences based on the preferences of children in your program (programming)
  • Support ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Interact with parents and help with enquiries whenever possible
  • Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies when necessary
  • Play and have fun with primary school-aged children
  • Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program

You:

  • Passionate about kids and love having fun
  • Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in Before and After School Care or education is ideal, but training can be provided
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Looking for stable, permanent part-time hours up to 25 per week
  • Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria
