This role combines HR coordination with advanced data skills, driving strategic decision-making through automation and insight-driven reporting. We are seeking a highly organized and data-savvy individual to support our Human Resources team by streamlining processes, analyzing key HR metrics, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of company engagement programs, including troubleshooting issues, building relationships with vendors, and increasing visibility and engagement.
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as processing changes, assisting with legal matters, and identifying process improvements.
  • Analyze and interpret HR data to provide insights and recommendations to leaders.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for HR metrics, create automation workflows, and build reports using advanced formulas and tools.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), paid maternity leave, paid paternity leave, and disability insurance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Automate.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with vendors and colleagues.
