About The Opportunity

This leading engineering consultancy is committed to delivering bespoke services that meet clients' unique needs while leveraging cutting-edge technology. As a Civil Engineer, you'll play a key role in advancing the state's development by leading engineering designs, preparing detailed drawings, and managing contract documentation.

You'll be involved in a diverse range of civil infrastructure projects across Tasmania, working closely with the team to drive project success from bid preparation to design and supervision, including roads, highways, subdivisions, and drainage systems.

About You

This role is ideal for an experienced Civil Engineer who thrives working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an immediate impact. Ideally, you will have undertaken stormwater modelling and be confident in using a variety of design software.

Key Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in civil and/or hydraulic design
  • Be proficient in Civil Site Designs, DRAINS, or similar software
  • Have a strong knowledge of Austroads and local/service authority design standards
  • Be able to juggle multiple projects with ease
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
