We are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Infrastructure Maintenance Manager to join our team at Launceston Airport. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for delivering the airport's annual maintenance program, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Asset Management: Develop and implement effective asset management strategies to maintain a safe and efficient airport environment.
- Team Leadership: Manage and supervise a team of civil and infrastructure maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintenance Programming: Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and minimize disruptions to airport operations.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks to airport safety and security.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical and mechanical, compliance, and airport operations, to ensure seamless project delivery and effective communication.
- Experience: Proven experience in civil construction, asset maintenance, and project management, with a strong focus on rigid and flexible pavement construction and life cycle management practices.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective asset management strategies.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, asset management, or a related field.
