UGL Pty Limited is seeking a skilled Civil Project Engineer to join our team in Launceston, Tasmania. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of civil engineering projects in the North-West region.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure projects are constructed to technical, quality, and customer requirements.
- Conduct surveys of installations throughout the project, ensuring results are reviewed and accepted as correct.
- Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure projects are on schedule.
- Provide technical advice to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly reports and attending report meetings.
- Civil Engineering qualification.
- Significant engineering experience in design, construction, and commissioning on Brownfields and Greenfields projects.
- Strong communication skills, including negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
