Senior Financial Systems Manager

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and robustness of our finance systems, data, and tools. This includes supporting the development and enhancement of financial analytics, management reporting, automation, and AI.

Your diverse set of skills in BI, data governance, and analytics will enable you to connect the vision and roadmap for Finance to the technology of the broader business and global mandates.

  • E nsure the finance systems, data, and tools are available, reliable, secure, and robust to support day-to-day requirements.
  • Support the finance team in developing and enhancing financial analytics, management reporting, automation, and AI.
  • Project delivery in key areas supporting the finance roadmap, including tm1 cube redesign, ERP system implementation, reporting automation, and other automation initiatives.
  • Able to contribute to the vision for finance through the lens of technology, data, and automation.
  • Establish and enforce robust data governance standards, ensuring data quality, integrity, and privacy are embedded across relevant systems and processes.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong understanding of business and technology. You should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in management financial reporting, analytics, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Finance qualification and/or experience is advantageous.
  • Prior experience with planning tools such as TM1 and ERP systems such as JDE or similar.
  • Data & insights leadership: strong understanding of business and the ability to tailor effective solutions to meet requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with external partners and service providers to maximise value.
  • Experience in driving transformation initiatives, involving multiple business functions.
  • A collaborative mindset to build partnerships with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project-management skills.
  • High impact self-starting individual, resourceful and solution-driven.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, ensuring high-quality work and professional development.
