As a strategic finance leader, you will be responsible for managing a medium-sized team and collaborating with various business units to drive performance reporting, decision support, analysis, and insights that inform executive-level strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial finance function to optimize P&L performance.
  • Contribute to senior leadership decisions through financial modeling, data-driven insights, and in-depth analysis of key performance drivers.
  • Develop and implement annual budget plans, monthly forecast recommendations, and 3-year strategic roadmaps.
  • Evaluate and challenge business cases for commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with key divisions to craft business plans and strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial analysis, customer profitability assessments, cost evaluations, and corrective action recommendations to support business objectives.
  • Design and deliver actionable management reports that inform business decisions.
  • Drive process improvements within the finance reporting function.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and best practices within the team.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Requirements:
  • Accounting qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA).
  • At least 8 years of experience in commercial finance.
  • Proven expertise in FMCG industries.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytics skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
