Financial Leadership Role

You will be a key finance partner to our Sales & Commercial teams, providing strategic financial support, modeling and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Sales team to evaluate new business opportunities, model deals, and optimize pricing strategy.
  • Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis to guide commercial decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve Gross Margin performance across products and channels.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing finance team of 2 direct reports, supporting their growth and capability.
  • Coach and collaborate with the FP&A analyst, ensuring consistency in forecasting, planning and reporting.
  • Identify and challenge the status quo—actively pursuing process improvements and innovation in finance and pricing strategies.
About You
  • CA/CPA qualified, with strong commercial finance experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • A proactive leader who combines technical excellence with strategic thinking.
  • Confident working in cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
  • Skilled in financial modeling, deal evaluation, and pricing governance.
  • A natural communicator, equally comfortable diving into the numbers and leading conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and commercial performance.
