Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Onboarding Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the post-sales process for new customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing post-sales process with strong product knowledge, relationship-building, and project management skills
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for customers during implementation and adoption of our full product suite
  • Collaborating with account executives during customer transitions to the post-sales team
  • Ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to support once services are live
  • Working with the data team to migrate data across from other systems during initial onboarding
  • Project managing customer schedules and onboarding timelines according to launch
  • Providing technical guidance to help customers use our system successfully
  • Providing customer training through the onboarding process and maintaining training documentation
  • Proactive outreach to assigned customers regarding known product issues or updates

Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in an onboarding or implementation role, preferably in a similar SaaS or technology business. They should have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management, excellent written and verbal English skills, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
