Onboarding Specialist

The role of an Onboarding Specialist is to ensure a seamless transition for new customers onto our software platforms. This involves providing timely installations, configuring the necessary software and services, and ensuring that all requirements are met.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate allocated sites and arrange necessary documentation
  • Install and configure Henry Schein One software, modules, and services remotely or onsite
  • Manage conversions processes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates to customers

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' work experience in a business environment and/or customer service experience
  • IT or software-related technical experience advantageous
  • A strong understanding of databases and servers
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong planning, and organisational abilities
  • Highly efficient with a proactive approach to work tasks
