We are proud to introduce an exciting opportunity within our organization.
This pivotal role is a key member of the People & Culture team and will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
As the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure an outstanding employee experience through candidate screening and onboarding.
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring all administrative requisites are completed and comply with legal requirements.
- Conduct pre-employment checks such as Health Declarations and Visas to ensure new employees meet fitness and immigration requirements.
- Assist in the recruitment process and coordinate interviews for retail management and casual roles.
- Issue employment contracts, policies, and relevant documents.
- Address new employee queries regarding contracts and onboarding processes, providing system support throughout the onboarding process.
About you:
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or a recent HR graduate/studying HR wanting to gain industry experience.
- Good working knowledge of TA and/or HR practices, award interpretation, and employment conditions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
