Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Conference Producer to join our team at Smart Talent Group. As a key member of our conference production team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and commercially viable conferences that showcase industry leaders and experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute conference concepts that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and challenges, and develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Source and secure industry-leaders to present at our conferences, through high-quality phone conversations and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and delivery.
- Manage event logistics on the day of the event, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for all attendees.
Requirements
- Proven experience in conference production, event management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with industry leaders and stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and knowledge of the corporate space, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Basic to intermediate sales skills, with the ability to sell our conferences and services to clients and stakeholders.
