Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Senior Producer to join our team. As a Senior Producer, you'll be responsible for bringing ideas to life from brief through to delivery, and ensuring that projects are completed on-time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: You'll assume end-to-end responsibility for the production process, from conception to completion, including project and relationship management, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Creative and Craft: You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, including directors, production houses, and talent agencies. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that creative workloads and project deadlines are met.
- Risk and QA: You'll ensure that effective versioning control is followed across all projects, and that approvals are tracked and auditable.
- 5+ years of experience in a production role
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project scheduling and budgeting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
