Facilitator Director Job Overview

This role oversees recruitment, training, and quality of the facilitator team. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality facilitator service delivery.

The Facilitator Director is a key position in ensuring the Disability Inclusion reform achieves its aims and objectives. The role requires a balanced understanding of priorities and pressures on various teams operating to support the reform.

About You
  • You are a degree-qualified Allied Health professional (Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist) with 10+ years of experience working in/with schools.
  • As a natural leader, you excel at building positive team cultures, supporting team members, and enhancing individual skills.
  • You possess strong project management abilities and are skilled in developing high-quality written materials collaboratively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enable you to confidently engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are essential qualities for this role.

Knowledge of Disability Inclusion reform in Victoria, including history, context, and systems in place, is highly valued.
