
Manager of Disability Inclusion Reform

Australia's largest specialist health and human services consultancy seeks a highly experienced professional to lead the facilitation of disability inclusion reforms in Victorian government schools.
The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, training, and quality assurance for a team of facilitators, working closely with government stakeholders to ensure the reform achieves its aims and objectives.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of disability inclusion principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the facilitation team to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure the reform achieves its aims and objectives
- Develop and implement effective training programs for facilitators
- Ensure the quality and integrity of the facilitation process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hold a degree qualification (postgraduate preferred) as an Allied Health professional (Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist)
- Have 10+ years of experience working in/with schools
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of disability inclusion principles and practices
