About Our Initiative
We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the facilitation of disability inclusion reforms in Victorian government schools.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of child development, neurodiversity, and disability.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of facilitators to deliver high-quality services to Victorian government schools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies for disability inclusion
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including teachers, school administrators, and community leaders
Requirements:
- Degree qualified teacher with experience in inclusion or specialist education
- 10+ years of experience working in/with schools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management abilities and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
