About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Growth Leader to join our team at Vocus Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your industry knowledge and expertise to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with our existing enterprise customers and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Provide Consultative Services: Offer expert advice and guidance to our customers to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and developments to ensure that our customers are aware of the latest opportunities and challenges.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.
  • Industry Knowledge and Expertise: You must have a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and be able to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues, and have strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
