We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business growth and strengthen client relationships in Queensland.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong partnerships and driving sustainable growth in the civil and construction industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across civil, construction, and infrastructure sectors
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within civil, construction, or related industries
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Existing industry contacts and networks (highly regarded)
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
