We are accelerating our 4WD & Touring business by seeking a commercially sharp, forward-thinking Business Manager to build it from the ground up.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business strategy that drives sales, profitability, and category differentiation in the market.
  • Lead customer-led product development, range planning, and sourcing strategies that unlock value and margin growth.
  • Deliver sales, GP, and inventory targets through sharp pricing, promotional planning, and business efficiencies.
  • Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing team to achieve stretch goals and build a strong succession pipeline.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders, trade partners, and senior leaders to bring big ideas to life.
  • Turn a new category into a profit engine, creating a platform for future growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally with 10+ years of experience.
  • A track record in delivering sales, GP, and inventory targets in a fast-moving retail environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, strategy, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and anticipate roadblocks before they appear.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
  • A data-driven and customer-first mindset.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
