About This Opportunity: The Executive Manager role is a rare opportunity to shape the commercial future of a high-growth civil construction leader.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that convert strategy into action. They will also navigate complex commercial environments and long-cycle opportunities with ease.
In addition to their commercial leadership skills, the ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and have executive-level experience in business development, strategy, and commercial leadership.
They must also demonstrate a strong knowledge of the civil construction market across QLD, NSW, and nationally. Furthermore, they should exhibit the ability to engage credibly and authentically with clients, partners, and government stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating strategic and emerging markets aligned to CMC's core capabilities, developing and executing market entry strategies backed by evidence-based analysis, and leading high-trust client engagement, partnerships, and joint venture initiatives.

Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
