Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven Relationship Builder to secure significant gifts and steward donors across the entire donor portfolio.

About You:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a fundraising, non-profit or customer service role
  • Excellent organisational skills, be enthusiastic, focused on results and a self-starter
  • Experience establishing, nurturing and stewarding relationships within a portfolio of existing and prospective donors and foundations
  • Outstanding writing skills, including the ability to draft grant applications and donor communications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including effective listening, empathy and discretion
  • The ability to build and sustain relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • A proven ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and establish priorities
  • A demonstrated growth and learning mindset with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
Essential Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in arts, science, business, communications, marketing, museum studies or event management or a related field or equivalent work experience
