Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a major gifts professional. In this newly created full-time role, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining high-value donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of philanthropic relationships and secure commitments.
  • Drive fundraising success through targeted engagement strategies and high-quality communications.
  • Strengthen relationships with donors and grant partners to secure grants.
  • Develop plans to meet targets, identifying, qualifying, cultivating, and soliciting stewardship of donors.
Requirements
  • Five years of experience in relationship fundraising, preferably with major gifts experience.
  • Demonstrated success in building, cultivating, and stewarding new relationships.
  • Proven knowledge of major gift fundraising, including proposal preparation and identification of major donors.
