Relationship Manager

Ignite wonder, inspire debate and drive change as a Relationship Manager. We are seeking a driven individual to secure gifts of $10K+ and steward donors across the full donor portfolio.

About the Role
  • Develop and steward a portfolio of donors with a focus on securing gifts of $10K+
  • Proactively manage and develop relationships to solicit gifts from prospects and existing donors
  • Support senior relationship managers in the stewardship of major and principal gifts
Essential Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in a fundraising, NFP or customer service role
  • Great organisational skills, enthusiasm, results-focussed and self-starting approach
  • Experience establishing, nurturing and stewarding relationships within a portfolio of existing and prospective donors and foundations
Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit gifts from prospects and existing donors
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase donations
  • Build and sustain relationships with donors and stakeholders
