Relationship Manager

We are seeking a driven professional to steward relationships and secure substantial gifts. The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong connections with donors.

The role involves developing and nurturing relationships with a focus on securing significant donations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of relationship management and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

In addition to relationship management, the position will also involve supporting senior colleagues in the stewardship of major and principal gifts. This may involve coordinating events, communicating with donors and ensuring that all stakeholders are satisfied with the service provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement relationship management strategies
  • Nurture and steward existing donor relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, communications, marketing etc.)
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record of relationship management and sales success
