The Opportunity
As an Executive Assistant, you will support two Directors in establishing a new organisation, driving transformation, culture, and strategy. This role involves managing complex calendars, meetings, correspondence, and governance processes, as well as acting as a coordination hub across two portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level support to both Directors, ensuring the smooth and professional operation of their portfolios.
- Act as a coordination hub across the portfolios, tracking milestones, actions, and deliverables.
- Manage calendars, correspondence, meetings, events, logistics, and the preparation of high-quality documents.
Requirements
- Experienced: You've supported executives or Board-level leaders and understand the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive & Organised: You anticipate needs, juggle competing priorities, and thrive in dynamic contexts.
- Project-Minded: You can track milestones, follow up on actions, and keep initiatives moving.
- A Communicator: You prepare clear, polished documents and presentations, and can manage day-to-day internal comms (intranet, newsletters, staff bulletins).
- Digitally Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and comfortable using collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, or Asana.
- Relationship-Focused: You bring strong interpersonal skills to engage with staff, executives, and community partners.
