Empowering Lives Support Specialist

You will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live their best lives.
- Provide assistance with daily living skills such as housekeeping, personal care, social skills, and budgeting.
- Assist with aspects of personal care where required to meet individual needs.
- Support with meal planning, cooking, light cleaning, and facilitating community connection through socializing and outings.
- Accompany individuals to appointments and activities.
- Be a passionate, patient, and empathetic person dedicated to empowering people with disabilities.
- Have flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, early mornings, weekends, and sleepovers.
- Meet the physical requirements of the role, including manual handling tasks.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Commit to privacy and confidentiality.
- Have good computer skills and experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
